Such conclusions are regulated in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated May 29, 2026 No. 268 "On approval of the forms of conclusions on the quality of construction and installation works and the conformity of completed works with the construction project, declaration of conformity".
In order to prevent the negative impact of noise on public health, a series of laboratory measurements of the noise level are carried out during the construction of residential buildings. In case of successful passing of the test, an export certificate for sound insulation is issued.
