On February 21, 2018, a round table was held to discuss the draft anti-corruption standard of the RSE for the RSE “National Center of Expertise” of the KOZ of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter referred to as the Enterprise).

It was attended by: Head of the Personnel Management Service of the Kohoz Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan - O. S. Seitbekov; chief specialist of the Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs and Anti-Corruption - Musagali O. E.; Head of the party control service of the NGO Party Nur Otan - Sagadiev A.K. and Deputy Head of the Astana city branch of the Public Movement Against Corruption "Zhanaru" ROO - Koibakov S.M.

The purpose of this event was to establish a system of recommendations aimed at preventing corruption in the field of activity of the Enterprise and defining the main objectives of the Anti-Corruption Standard.

A current proposal came from Mr. Sagadiev to separate the Code of Ethics for Employees of the Enterprise from the anti-corruption standard, since moral and ethical standards are important in the formation of an anti-corruption culture. It was also noted that in order to increase the anti-corruption culture of the population and the transparency of the activities of government bodies, the Nur Otan Party developed the program “A country without corruption is a prosperous country.”

Based on the results of the Round Table, it was decided to approve the anti-corruption standard of the Enterprise, taking into account the opinions of the meeting participants.
