Appointed as the First Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of the NCE.

By the order of the Chairperson of the Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 14, 2025, No. 19Ж/Қ, Ainagul Musina has been appointed as the First Deputy Chairperson of the Management Board of the RSE on REM "National Center of Expertise."

The new deputy was introduced to the team of the NCE by Ayan Mukhametkalieva, Deputy Chairperson of the Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

“Ainagul Sovetovna has 25 years of experience in managerial positions within the sanitary and epidemiological service and is an Honored Healthcare Worker,” said Ayan Mukhametkalieva. She highlighted Musina’s professionalism, extensive experience in sanitary and epidemiological control, and her leadership competence.

During the introduction, Erlan Kiyasov, Chairperson of the Management Board of the RSE on REM "National Center of Expertise," welcomed Ainagul Musina, wished her success in her work, and expressed confidence that her professional background will contribute to effectively addressing the tasks facing the organization.

Ainagul Musina was born on August 21, 1974, in the village of Andreevka, named after Gabit Musrepov, in the North Kazakhstan region. She graduated from the Karaganda State Medical Academy with a degree in Preventive Medicine and from the Karaganda Law Academy “Femida” with a degree in Jurisprudence.

She began her career in the sanitary and epidemiological service in the Ayyrtau district of the North Kazakhstan region, where she served as a sanitary doctor specializing in food hygiene and as the head of the sanitary and epidemiological department.

In the city of Kokshetau, she consecutively held the positions of sanitary doctor, head of the food hygiene department, and head of the sanitary and hygienic supervision department within the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Surveillance of Akmola Region.

Later, Ainagul Musina served as Deputy Head and was subsequently appointed Head of the Department of Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Akmola Region.

For her many years of service and significant contributions to the development of the healthcare system, Ainagul Musina has been awarded a number of state and departmental honors, including the title “Best Sanitary Doctor-Epidemiologist of the Republic of Kazakhstan,” the badge “Excellence in Healthcare,” the “People’s Gratitude” medal, the jubilee medal “30 Years of Independence of Kazakhstan,” and the medal “For Distinguished Labor.”
