The National Center of Expertise provides services for conducting sound insulation measurements and issuing expert opinions for residential and public buildings. Measurements are carried out by qualified specialists using modern high-precision equipment in accordance with current sanitary standards.

Constant noise levels exceeding permissible limits have a significantly negative impact on the human nervous system and can lead to serious health issues. To protect public health, a series of laboratory measurements of noise levels is conducted during the construction of residential buildings.

The sound insulation characteristics of a building are confirmed by an expert opinion issued by a state organization authorized to conduct sanitary and epidemiological examinations. The opinion is based on test results performed by accredited laboratories. The National Center of Expertise holds the exclusive right to issue such expert opinions.

We provide the following services for measuring airborne and impact sound insulation of building envelopes (including internal and inter-apartment walls, floors, ceilings, and floor elements) in new residential and public buildings:

• Site visits by experts and preparation of test areas;
• Background noise measurement;
• Measurement of airborne and impact noise levels;
• Reverberation time measurement;
• Data processing and analysis of research results;
• Preparation of a test report with recorded data and issuance of an expert opinion.
