In 1991, Rustam Iliakbarovich, a young doctor at the Panfilov Sanitary and Epidemiological Station, was undergoing advanced training in the city of Tashkent. It was there that he met Abida Ibragimovna, a laboratory physician at the sanitary-hygienic laboratory of the Tashkent City Sanitary and Epidemiological Station. In 1992, they started a family, and Abida Ibragimovna moved to Zharkent.
The couple have dedicated decades of their lives to the sanitary and epidemiological service and continue to work together to this day at the sanitary-hygienic laboratory of the Panfilov district branch in the Zhetysu Region of the National Center of Expertise.
