The seminar on anti-corruption compliance for branch employees was held in Astana

An anti-corruption compliance training seminar for branch employees responsible for the implementation of anti-corruption measures was organized by the Enterprise's Anti-Corruption Compliance Service. The event took place at the "Zerde" Training Center in the city of Astana.
Seminar topic: “Anti-Corruption Compliance. Internal Analysis of Organizational Corruption Risks”
The seminar featured the following speakers:
Aidarkhanov A.D. – Senior Lieutenant of the Anti-Corruption Service, Officer of the Department for the Formation of Anti-Corruption Culture of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
Aipara Adibai – Anti-corruption compliance expert-practitioner, ISO 37001 Lead Auditor Certified, member of the Association of Compliance and Business Ethics;
Yerlas Zhaiyk – Expert in the field of public procurement.
The seminar covered the following topics:
International standards and best practices in compliance;
Legal requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
The concept of conflict of interest and measures for its resolution;
Types of corruption offenses and applicable sanctions;
Principles of anti-corruption monitoring.
Special focus was placed on the internal analysis of corruption risks, including:
Formation of a working group and data analysis;
Risk assessment methods and development of a corruption risk map;
Development of targeted action plans and a system for monitoring their implementation.
Participants received practical tools for the effective development of an anti-corruption prevention system within their organizations. Upon completion of the training, all participants were awarded certificates.
