The Chairman of the Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan — Chief State Sanitary Doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Sархат Beisenova, and the Chairman of the Management Board of the RSE on REM "National Center of Expertise" of the CSEC of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Yerlan Kiyasov, arrived in the city of Shymkent on a working visit.

During the visit, the delegation familiarized itself with the activities of the city’s sanitary and epidemiological service, visited the laboratory units of the NCE, and assessed the condition of the material and technical base as well as the working conditions of specialists.

Particular attention was paid to improving the quality of laboratory research, enhancing the effectiveness of epidemiological surveillance, and ensuring the sanitary and epidemiological well-being of the region’s population.

In addition, the meeting included discussions on current tasks and promising areas in the field of sanitary and epidemiological expertise, including further modernization of infrastructure and the introduction of digital solutions into the service’s operations.
